Family Forage & Meadow Picnic at Tellus Mater Meadow

Join Lizzy from Tellus Mater for a gentle family-friendly wander through the beautiful Tellus Mater Meadow this Summer.

Together we will explore the meadow, hedgerows and riverside in search of seasonal wild edibles, interesting plants, natural treasures and signs of wildlife, slowing down to reconnect with nature and enjoy time outdoors together.

Families will also be able to spot some of the meadow’s resident farm animals including pigs, ducks, geese, chickens and sheep during the session.

This relaxed two-hour session is designed especially for families to enjoy together and offers a welcoming introduction to foraging, nature connection and outdoor wellbeing in a calm and beautiful setting.
