Tellus Mater's 'Find Your Nature' day

Join us this summer at Headlands Moor, Culworth.

Discover the flavours of the wild and the joy of gathering together.

Spend the day alongside like-minded folk as we wander through fields and hedgerows, learning to spot wild mushrooms, plants, herbs, and fruits that thrive on our beautiful patch of Northamptonshire countryside.

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a selection of pre-foraged wild teas and homemade biscuits to ease us in. Then, we’ll set out on a gentle, two-hour foraging walk, guided by Lizzy — wild food educator, writer, and founder of Tellus Mater.

After our walk, we’ll head back to the farm kitchen to prepare and share a hearty, wild-inspired lunch together. Using our foraged finds, locally sourced meats, and some favourites from Lizzy’s wild larder, we’ll cook up a meal to remember — rounded off with dessert and plenty of good conversation.
