Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Booking Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your adventure with us. 1. Booking and Payment - All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or by contacting our booking office directly if you want to make a group booking. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on any of our walks or workshops. 2. Cancellation Policy - Non-Refundable Period: Tickets are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled event date. - Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking between 15 and 90 days before the event date, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total booking cost. - Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another workshop or walk without any penalty, provided you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your original event date. Transfers are subject to availability and any necessary adjustments in the event price. 3. Children’s Policy - Children are welcome to participate in our activities when accompanied by a full-paying adult. - Children aged 9 and under can join for free. - Children aged 10 and over must purchase a full price ticket. 4. Attendance - Participants must adhere to the scheduled times for all activities. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided for missed activities due to late arrival. - Please ensure that you are dressed appropriately for outdoor activities and are prepared for the prevailing weather conditions. 5. Safety and Conduct - All participants are expected to follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by Tellus Mater staff. - We reserve the right to remove any participant from an activity if their behaviour is deemed to be disruptive or dangerous to themselves, other participants, or the environment. 6. Liability - Tellus Mater is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged during an event. - While we take great care to provide a safe environment, participation in activities is at your own risk. 7. Privacy Policy - We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of processing your booking and communicating about the event.
